I had a fantastic experience at Pauseome Apparthotel in Caen. The manager and receptionist, Delphine, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The manager even went above and beyond by offering my partner's motorcycle a safe place in his garage. Delphine, a lovely lady, was also a great help. The fact that they all spoke English was a big plus for us. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, as it was not far from the city center and located on the outskirts of town. It was also right next to a tram line stop, which allowed us to easily travel into central Caen in about 10 minutes. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean.
